Return Policy

Unopened Jelly IT brand products may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Afterwards the return is left up to the discretion of the store manager, and the return will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Opened Jelly IT brand products will be replaced within 14 days of purchase if it is not operating properly. If products are outside of the 14 day window, Jelly IT will replace defective products upon investigative review of the product. There will be no cash refunds under any circumstance.


Collection Policy

All invoices are due and payable within fifteen (15) days from the date of the invoice. By accepting the products herein, and in the event this invoice is not timely paid, customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees. In addition, customer agrees to pay interest on any delinquent amount(s) at the rate of 15% per month or the maximum amount of interest permitted by law which ever is higher.

If any person fails to claim any hardware or other article delivered to Jelly IT for repair within 6 months after such delivery, Jelly IT shall have the right to dispose of such hardware or other article by whatever means it may choose, without incurring liability or responsibility.
